Products and Pricing
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.
Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When you purchase products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholder’s bank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis, for further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Ashanti Gold. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at 21%.
When an order is placed on our website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and it is being processed. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us. All products are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.
If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provide when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. If you would like to cancel your order please see returns section of our policy.
Should an item be out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee. Deliveries are not made to P.O. Boxes.
We offer FREE delivery on Gift Voucher purchases.
We charge a flat delivery of €6 on all purchases.
Our chosen postal partner is Fastway. On occasion we will use An Post.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box Numbers.
For all dispatched parcels, the recipient will receive a notification email to confirm the goods have been dispatched along with a track and trace number. You can check the status of your order on www.fastway.ie . As goods are shipped during working hours, we would appreciate if you could make sure that someone is available to accept your delivery. You must provide a contact number to allow the courier company to contact you. We will not ship your goods without a contact number.
Terms of payment
The goods are delivered against payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card) Our payment partner is Stripe.
Click and Collect
When ordering your purchases you can opt to collect your items in store. Our collection points are at our Greystones store. Your order will be ready for collection 24 hours after the order has been placed from Monday to Saturday. (Please note we do not open Sundays!) If your order is placed after 12.00 pm on Saturday, it will not be available to collect until Monday.
When collecting your items in store, remember to bring your order confirmation email which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed. We will accept the email in printed format or on a tablet or smart phone.
What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed we will send you an email to confirm all your details are correct. Once we have dispatched your item(s), you will receive a second email from us noting your delivery information and tracking number where applicable.
We offer FREE post for all Gift Vouchers ordered. Gift Vouchers will be dispatched within 24 hours of order (if placed on a weekday) and can be personalised with a message if requested at the time of order.
All Gift Voucher orders are sent with An Post registered postal service.
Please note – Gift Vouchers cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift vouchers. Gift vouchers purchased in-store or on our website cannot be used as a form of payment on the website; they may only be used in-store. We cannot take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards. Gift Vouchers purchased in-store or on our website cannot be used as a form of payment on the website, but we can put them through over the phone if you call the shop. We cannot take responsibility for any Gift Vouchers that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure that your recipient has received their Gift Voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the Gift Voucher safe.

In-Store Returns and Exchange Policy
In the event that your goods purchased in-store are unsuitable, we are happy to exchange them for another item or a credit note, if returned to us within 14 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds for goods purchased in store. We do exchange on Sale items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds and Exchanges Online
We are happy to offer a refund, if the item is unsuitable and returned within 14 days from when you receive your order. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if an item is returned and smells of smoke, body odour, perfume / aftershave, cooking / food or is stained with makeup. We cannot issue a refund / exchange in such instances. Likewise if any item has been washed in any way or damaged, we will not process a refund / exchange.
All dispatched orders will include a packing note outlining your purchase details and a returns form. Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge if relevant. Postage costs will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us using a registered delivery or courier service. We will not accept any responsibility for items which are lost in the post.
Once we receive your return, we will process within 3 working days and you should expect to see the refund in your account within 12 working days from receipt of the email. However some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 12 working days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available, pending the product being returned is new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Online purchases returned to store:
If you wish to return your item purchased online to the store, we can offer a credit note or exchange on the shop floor. Should you wish to receive a refund, it will be processed according to our online purchase returns policy above.
Together with our hosting and payment partners we use the highest level of security and encryption methods available to process your payments. We never store your card information. This means that your payment details are as secure as they possibly can be when you make a payment with us. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance.
Complaints about defects or about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be in writing, within 10 days from date of invoice.
Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The colour of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product colour.
